Intrapersonal Intelligence
It´s been quite a journey so far! Do you remember what Interpersonal intelligence is? It reflects an ability to recognize and understand other people's moods, desires, motivations, and intentions. Intrapersonal intelligence on the other hand, refers to people's ability to recognize and assess those same characteristics within themselves.
Are you good at making decisions and setting goals for yourself, self-management and self-reflection? If YES, you have this type of intelligence!
Common characteristics of people with developed intrapersonal intelligence are the following:

·Prefers working alone
·Philosophical
·Self-aware
·Perfectionistic
·Often thinks of self-employment
·Enjoys journaling
·Intuitive
·Independent
·Spends time thinking and reflecting
·Likes learning about self
Matching callings based on these characteristics are:
·Psychologist
·Philosopher
·Writer
·Theologian
Intrapersonal intelligence has been said to be the road to achievement, learning, and personal satisfaction. It is about being connected to who you are and how you feel, and knowing your own limits and abilities. And since it is very important, here are some activities that can help you to get in touch with your inner-self:
Study alone in a comfortable yet quiet environment.
Set goals for yourself, and monitor your progress regularly.
Reflect on what you have learned, and think through new material.
Create a connection between new material and subjects you already know, and gain understanding by finding their similarities.
Find 10 minutes every day for yourself. Enjoy, reflect and relax.
